How to Apply and Pay for a Permit

For any development related questions, please start by visiting the Development Center or calling 541.726.3753. Our Development Center counter in City Hall, 225 5th St., is open from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays through Fridays for walk-ins to ask questions, or process and receive payment for permits.

Building Permits for Contractors (Residential and Commercial):

  1. Contractors should obtain and pay for all building permits through the ePermitting website:
    1. A complete application and plan set will need to be uploaded directly through ePermitting.
