HOW TO APPLY AND PAY FOR A PERMIT
For any development related questions, please start by visiting the Development Center or calling 541.726.3753. Our Development Center counter in City Hall, 225 5th St., is open from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays through Fridays for walk-ins to ask questions, or process and receive payment for permits.

Viewing permit details, paying for permits, and scheduling inspections may be done through BuildingPermits.Oregon.gov.
Building Permits for Contractors (Residential and Commercial):
- Contractors should obtain and pay for all building permits through the ePermitting website: BuildingPermits.Oregon.gov.
- A complete application and plan set will need to be uploaded directly through ePermitting.
