Capital Improvement Construction Project Invitations to Bid
Invitations to Bid are those solicited through the Sealed Bid Process. Invitations to Bid are typically utilized for projects with estimated costs over $100,000. Prevailing Wate Rate is applicable on most projects.
Contracts have been awarded. Projects are either currently under construction or are scheduled to begin construction soon.
