Please complete the form below to file a Complaint or Commendation with the Springfield Police Department. This form is only if you are making a complaint of potential misconduct by a member of SPD or would like to commend a member of SPD for their work.

If you want to file a police report that is unrelated to the actions of an SPD member, or you wish to notify police regarding another matter, do so at 541.726.3714. General complaints should be e-mailed to police@springfield-or.gov.
