Initial anonymous complaints for nuisance & violation level incidents will result in the animal owner receiving a warning letter and can remain anonymous unless the problem persists.

If you have already submitted an anonymous nuisance or violation complaint, no further action can be taken unless you submit your name and contact information, so you can be contacted with the conditions of filing a Formal Citizen’s Complaint Process.

Potential criminal animal matters are very difficult to investigate with anonymous complaints as it limits our ability to access property for welfare checks, etc., so if you are wishing to report a criminal matter, please include your contact information and we can still discuss the potential for anonymity while conducting our investigation.
