42nd Street Levee Emergency Action Plan
Project Description
The City of Springfield Oregon is seeking a planning consultant team to conduct the planning process and prepare an Emergency Action Plan for the City of Springfield’s 42nd Street Levee, then design, develop, conduct, and evaluate a tabletop exercise to validate the Plan and prepare an After-Action Report/Improvement Plan (AAR/IP).
