NARRATIVE OF INCIDENT:
On September 16, 2023, 13-year-old Kaycie Hughes was reported as missing by her mother. Kaycie reportedly went to the Thurston High School football on the evening of Friday, September 15th and did not return home.

Kaycie is potentially in danger due to a medical condition and does not have her medication with her. At the time of distribution, she has been missing for roughly 18 hours.
