Planning Commission Public Hearing Meeting

The Springfield Planning Commission and the Springfield Hearings Official will hold a Public Hearing during the regular meeting starting at 7 p.m., Tuesday, July 16, 2019 in the Council Chambers, Springfield City Hall, 225 Fifth Street. The community is welcome to attend. During regular meetings, community members may address the Planning Commission and/or the Hearing Official either during a Public Hearing on a specific subject, or under Business from the Audience on any subject of interest to the community member. Request to speak cards are available at the north entrances of the Council Chambers and should be completed and given to the Planning Secretary prior to the start of the meeting.

The meeting location is wheelchair-accessible. For the hearing-impaired, an interpreter can be provided with 48 hours’ notice prior to the meeting.
