Eugene Springfield Fire Governance Review Panel

The City of Eugene Fire & EMS and the City of Springfield Fire & Life Safety departments merged to form Eugene Springfield Fire in 2010. This partnership has proven to be beneficial to both communities over the last decade. The cities of Eugene and Springfield are evaluating and identifying next steps for Eugene-Springfield Fire governance.

Human Trafficking Awareness Campaign Kicks Off With Vigil

Springfield Rotarians recently approved $15,600 to fund a Human Trafficking Awareness Campaign. Springfield Mayor Sean VanGordon is joining an evening vigil to kick off this awareness campaign in our community. Please join him and other community leaders from 5-6:30 pm, January 5 at the Gateway Credit Union located at 3030 Gateway Loop in Springfield.
