Competitive Price Quotes are those solicited through the Intermediate Bid process.  Quotes are obtained with estimated costs between $5,000 to $100,000. Prevailing Wage Rate may be applicable on some projects.

Capital Improvement Construction Project Invitations to Bid

Invitations to Bid are those solicited through the Sealed Bid Process.  Invitations to Bid are typically utilized for projects with estimated costs over $100,000.  Prevailing Wate Rate is applicable on most projects.
