Springfield, Oregon – This morning, graffiti was discovered near Mill Street and Centennial Boulevard. Flyers and other materials targeting members of our community were also found in the area. Springfield Police are actively investigating the incident. This behavior does not reflect our community’s values.
Construction crews are currently removing the graffiti, and City staff are working closely with neighborhood partners to support a swift and coordinated response.
There is no place for hate in Springfield. Our community stands united in rejecting racism, bigotry, antisemitism, and all forms of intimidation. We remain committed to fostering a safe, open, and welcoming city for all who live, work, and visit here.
