Project Description
Sealed bids will be received until Bid Closing for the project identified below by the Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) on behalf of the City of Springfield. Bid Opening will be at the LCOG office located on the Fifth Floor of the Park Place Building at 859 Willamette St., Suite 500, Eugene, Oregon 97401 immediately after the Bid Closing time identified here.
