Project Description
TENANT IMPROVEMENT WITHIN EXISTING CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER. PRIMARY USE IS FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. SCOPE OF WORK LIMITED TO DEMOLITION OF (E) INTERIOR FEATURES, AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE COUNCIL CHAMBER. WITH EXCEPTION OF NEW EGRESS DOOR OPENING, NO MODIFICATIONS TO THE (E) EXTERIOR ENVELOPE PROPOSED.
Due to the sensitive nature of this project, the City has only released an abridge book. You cannot submit a bid on the incomplete bid book.

Questions will be reviewed and responses will be posted to this website. If, in the opinion of the City, it is necessary to amend or supplement the Request for Qualifications, an Addendum will be prepared, posted below, and notifications sent to all proposers that attended the optional Virtual Interested Submitter Information Session or Optional On-Site visit and provided a valid e-mail address. A developer may also request to be added to the list for notifications by email Sam Kelly-Quattrocchi at skellyquattrocchi@springfield-or.gov.
The City will make every reasonable effort to notify all prospective developers of Addenda, however, it is recommended that teams routinely check the website for updated information. The City is not responsible for any explanation, clarification, interpretation or approval made or given in any manner except by written Addendum issued by the City.
Addenda will not be issued within 72 hours of the ITB response deadline without extending the ITB deadline.
