Provide materials, equipment, and labor to repair rusted elevator doors and perform an elevator modernization on this nearly 50-year-old elevator. Comply with all regulatory Local, State and Federal requirements necessary to perform this work. Secure all required permits, testing and clearances.

The City will make every reasonable effort to notify all prospective developers of Addenda, however, it is recommended that teams routinely check the website for updated information. The City is not responsible for any explanation, clarification, interpretation or approval made or given in any manner except by written Addendum issued by the City.

Addenda will not be issued within 72 hours of the ITB response deadline without extending the ITB deadline.
