Project Description

The City of Springfield is seeking an experienced consultant or firm for services in connection with the following street preservation projects using a Qualifications-Based selection process. 

The Project consists of a mill and a pavement overlay, Americans with Disability Act (ADA) upgrades to existing curb ramps, driveways, and signals.

This Project is divided into three (3) phases for each location as each project will be bid separately:

• Phase 1: Preliminary Engineering (PE) and Design
• Phase 2: Final Design and Bidding Assistance
• Phase 3: Construction Engineering (CE)

This Project is divided into three (3) locations:

• Location 1: 36th Street: Main St. to Commercial Ave. 
• Location 2: Daisy Street: S.51st Pl. to Bob Straub Parkway
• Location 3: 58th Street: Main St. to Roundabout

Questions will be reviewed and responses will be posted to this website. If, in the opinion of the City, it is necessary to amend or supplement the Request for Proposals, an Addendum will be prepared, posted below, and notifications sent to all proposers that provided a valid e-mail address. A developer may also request to be added to the list for notifications by emailing Mariah Kimpton at mkimpton@springfield-or.gov.

The City will make every reasonable effort to notify all proposers of Addenda, however, it is recommended that teams routinely check the website for updated information. The City is not responsible for any explanation, clarification, interpretation or approval made or given in any manner except by written Addendum issued by the City.

Addenda will not be issued within 72 hours of the RFP response deadline without extending the RFP deadline.
