RFP S2998 Energy Savings Performance – Street Lights
Project Description
The City is seeking proposals from current State of Oregon Prequalified Energy Service Company (ESCO) to provide energy savings performance services. The current ESCO listing may be found at http://www.oregon.gov/energy/CONS/ESPC/Pages/ESCO.aspx. ESCO must be prequalified on or before the issue date of this RFP.
The ESCO will perform a detailed, investment grade audit of the City’s current street lighting (Phase 1 Part A: Technical Energy Audit). The work scope may include additional phases of work, specifically Phase 1 Part B: Project Development Plan, Phase 2 Construction, and Phase 3 Measurement and Verification.
