  • Bike Features:

    • Adjustable for comfort: Bikes fit a range or riders and feature an easy step thru frame and adjustable seats.
    • Front Basket Storage: The front basket provides a dedicated space for purses, backpacks, or groceries.
    • Lights for nighttime riding: Front and rear lights automatically turn on when rented.
  • Quick Start

    • Before you can scan the QR code, wake the bike’s computer by touching the “Hold” button, this makes unlocking a bike quicker and easier.
    • Take the U-bar out and with you by storing it in the rear holster loops – you’ll need it to end your rental.
  • Ending your rental or holding your bike:

    • Bikes can be returned to any of the 130+ hubs or public bike racks throughout the system area. See in-app map for current system area boundary.
    • To temporarily lock your bike outside the system area, use the “Hold” feature in the app. Your rental will continue while the bike is reserved for up to 1 hour.
  • Where to lock your bike rack:

    • Lock to a designated bike share Hub for Free (marked with a blue pin in the app).
    • Lock to a Public bike rack for a $2 fee.
