Project Description:

This project will conduct a transportation study of South ‘A’ Street in Springfield, Oregon. The study will evaluate safety, transit service, multimodal connectivity, and potential improvements along the corridor.

The project area extends from the Glenwood roundabout at South ‘A’ Street (OR 126B) and Franklin Boulevard (OR 126B/OR 225) to South 18th Street.

The study will assess current and future transportation needs, identify potential solutions, and recommend implementation strategies. It will include an evaluation of existing conditions, technical analysis, and community engagement to develop multimodal transportation options.
