Project Description:

Harlow Road from the Interstate 5 overpass to the roundabout at Pioneer Parkway and MLK Jr. Parkway is one of six projects funded by the 2024 GO Bond. Harlow Road was chosen for repair because the pavement is quickly deteriorating and, if left much longer, would require full reconstruction. This project will extend the useful life of Harlow Road and consists of a mill and pavement overlay and ADA upgrades to existing ramps, driveways, and signals.

This project is funded by Go Bond Measure 20-351 passed by Springfield voters in 2024.
