Springfield, OR – The City of Springfield, in partnership with Bloodworks Northwest, invites the community to roll up their sleeves for the upcoming Blood Drive at the Springfield Justice Center on Thursday, September 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, September 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Blood donations are vital to supporting local hospitals and patients in need. Each donation can help save multiple lives, giving hope and strength to patients and their families.
Donate and Enter to Win: Tokyo Bound 2026
All donors will be entered into Bloodworks Northwest’s Tokyo Bound 2026 giveaway, with a chance to win a musical escape of a lifetime. The prize includes flights, hotel accommodations, and tickets for two to see Lady Gaga, Bad Bunny, or BLACKPINK live in Tokyo.
World Gratitude Day Connection
With World Gratitude Day on September 21, this drive is a timely reminder that a single blood donation can create gratitude that lasts a lifetime. Donors provide hope to patients and families during their most critical moments.
“By donating blood, you are giving a gift that has an immediate impact in our community,” said Elyse Ditzel, Public Information Officer for the City of Springfield. “We encourage everyone who is able to join us at the Springfield Justice Center, whether by scheduling in advance or walking in on the day.”
