Springfield residents interested in running for election for the positions of Springfield Mayor or Springfield Utility Board in the statewide November 8, 2022 general election can obtain information and forms for filing from the City Recorder located in the City Manager’s Office at 225 Fifth Street, Springfield, Oregon or on our website at https://www.springfield-or.gov/city/city-recorder-elections/. The candidate filing deadline for the general election with the City of Springfield August 22, 2022.
The Springfield City Charter requires a general election this year for Springfield Mayor and Springfield Utility Board.
