INVOLVED SUSPECT:
McKissack, Andrew Boaden | 60-Year-Old Male | South Carolina

NARRATIVE OF INCIDENT:
On August 21st, 2025, at 11:18 AM, Springfield Police Officers responded to a robbery at the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 1600 Centennial Blvd. A male had entered the business, demanded that employees give him all the money, and said that he had a weapon. A weapon was not observed, but employees complied with the threat and handed the male money from the Bank Teller drawer. The male walked away from the business with the stolen cash.

The suspect was described as a thin white male in his sixties, wearing a white hat and green shirt. At 11:23 AM, Officers located a matching male suspect walking through an adjoining business parking lot. The male was identified as Andrew Boaden McKissack. Related evidence confirmed McKissack was the suspect. McKissack was lodged at the Lane County Jail.
