2nd Friday Art Walk Features Skull Stories by Christina Larsen

Springfield, OR – The Springfield Arts Commission is pleased to announce the October exhibition Skull Stories: Artifacts of Identity by Christina Larsen at the City Hall Gallery, located inside Springfield City Hall, 225 5th Street.

The show will be on display throughout October, with an opening reception on Friday, October 10, from 5–7 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public and will feature light refreshments and live music by Theo Czuk, The Urban Folksinger.

Larsen’s work draws on the wisdom of classical sculpture and the colors of impressionism to explore the cycles of life, death, and rebirth. Her pieces reflect the resilience of the human spirit and the search for meaning in a changing world.
