PTO Conversion 2016

All Non-Represented employees have the option to convert to Paid-Time-Off (PTO) or elect to remain on the current vacation/sick leave system.  Use the resources below to determine whether this move is right for you.

  • Step 1 - Read the admin regulation & accrual rate sheet
  • Step 2 - Use the excel calculator below to compare your conversion options.
  • Step 3 - Email Candace Steffen by October 7, 2016 if you wish to set up a meeting to discuss your PTO options
  • Step 4 - Submit your form by October 12, 2016.  All non-represented employees must elect or decline this move.
