Project Description

Demolition, removal and proper disposal of all materials from Suite 300 located at the Booth Kelly Complex including; roof, walls, slab, foundation, footings, HVAC units and ductwork, plumbing piping and fixtures, electrical system including wiring, light fixtures and bulbs and ballasts, all building accessories and appurtenances, as well as all private site features except paving, including but not limited to, signs, light poles, bases and fixtures, and any fencing along with any related infrastructure such as conduits, wiring, curbing, and footings. Suite 300 was added on to an existing building that shall remain in place and undamaged.

Questions will be reviewed and responses will be posted to the Clarification Log at the link above.   If, in the opinion of the City, it is necessary to amend or supplement the Request for Competitive Price Quote, an Addendum will be prepared, posted above and notifications sent to all bidders that attended a Pre-quote Informational Meeting and provided a valid e-mail address.

The City will make every reasonable effort to notify all bidders that attended a Pre-quote Informational Meeting of Addenda, however, it is recommended that bidders routinely check the website for updated information.  The City is not responsible for any explanation, clarification, interpretation or approval made or given in any manner except by written Addendum issued by the City.

Addenda will not be issued within 72 hours of the Quote submittal date and time as indicated on the project webpage without extending the Quote submittal deadline.

Quotes may be modified or withdrawn prior to the Quote closing time and date listed in the Request for Competitive Price Quote.  All requests for modification or withdrawal shall be in accordance with OAR 137-049-0320.
